the hungry crocodile was sorry she had tried to eat mrs chicken. i am sorry she said. She offered to take mrs chicken and her chicks back across the river. yes please said mrs chicken. the chicks all clambered aboard crocodile's back and then they set off across the river. Room 27's blogging

Our lovely class of Year 2 children started learning how to blog about three weeks ago. I must admit I had never tried blogging before and at first there was a lot to learn! Mr Kinane, our ICT expert, came and helped us out. He has been working with groups of children on Friday mornings and has been teaching them (and me!) what to do. Today the Kakariki group had a go at doing it independently and although the internet was very slow, they were very patient indeed! Well done Room 27! I am very proud of how quickly you have learnt how to use this blog! Hopefully you will continue to use it regularly both at school and at home too!
